Installing and Playing Gothic Remake on FreeBSD

Long time no see ;) Greetings everbody. In the past I loved to play games on my computer, but since I got a job (for real) I haven’t had much time for it. When I had time, I had no amusement what so ever. That changed when the Gothic Remake got released. I finally could enjoy playing video games again. Since I moved to FreeBSD as my main operating system quite a while ago I started wondering if Gothic can be played on FreeBSD natively or atleast with the linuxulator.

So follow me dear readers on my adventure of installing and playing the Gothic Remake on FreeBSD, so I have a reason less to use Windows :)

I tried stretching out the chapters of this blog to match the chapters of Gothic, but I didn’t wanna bore you with nonsense.
